Hymn of Glory

God said "Let there be light" now in our hearts He shines

The knowledge of God's Glory in the face of christ we find

He was one with God and yet he did not cling

To the unity in Trinity he had from the beginning.

And the Glory of the Lord has been revealed

By the Glory of the Lord we have been sealed

For the Glory of the Lord has been revealed

With the Glory of the Lord we can be filled.

He emptied Himself out to become a slave to man

Became incarnate without sin so we could understand

Yet He was infinitely more humble for He gave His all

In death upon a cross he alone broke down the wall

God raised Him high and gave to Him a name above all names

So in heaven and Hell and Earth all beings shall proclaim

And at the sound of His name shall all creatures kneel

For the Glory of the Lord in Jesus is revealed.

And the Glory of the Lord has been revealed

By the Glory of the Lord we have been sealed

For the Glory of the Lord has been revealed

With the Glory of the Lord we can be filled.
