Your Invitation

You loved me so much that it made me to grow- you gave an invitation to love

I didn't have the courage to mature until you showed me how to give.

You saw something when others saw nothing at all

You showed me a door where before there was only a wall.

You had the sensitivity to see my possibilities

You saw solutions and the way to set me free!

You touched me when I met you I was still within your reach

I'd been given up as hopeless withdrawn without hope of release

You rebuilt my life and rekindled my spirit when life was running dry

You gave peace with my past, faith for the present and hope for the days drawing nigh
