Can't Bend the Bible

 

Well you can't bend the Bible- it's the rock on which I stand

No you can't bend the Bible and I hope you understand

that it's either total truth or just a lie

If you believe then it will be your guide!

 

Well you say that its outdated that it doesn't fit the facts

Even thought the facts keep changing day to day

The wisdom of man is foolish in God's eyes

anf changing truth can never guide your way!

God wants us to know Him more than He wants anything

So He gave the Holy Bible longs ago

It is a living letter that speaks to us in love

revealing more than we can ever know

 

if you received a letter as a means to stay in touch

written to inform you by one who loves you very much

Would you just ignore the message

And directions for where you want to go?

It contains the heart of the one who sent it

But if you'll not read you'll never know!

For the Bible tells me so

God's will is no secret, nor is His mind
