Chosen In Him

 

There is one flock- one shepherd

Whose sheep know His voice

Because they've been chosen

And not by their choice

But the sheep choose responses

To be led or to stray

In the pride of our hearts

We question His way.

 

We are chosen in Him - Chosen in Him

Chosen by grace to become one of His

Chosen in  Him- Chosen In Him

Given a place in the flock that He tends

We demand God to conform and confine

His sovereign power to be subject to our minds

But there is no injustice in God's Holy Way

For he is the potter and we are the clay!

 

Before we were born we were chosen by Him

Chosen for life not left for death in our sin

Our sovereign God is testing our pride

Will we choose to accept or lay it aside?

 

We are chosen in Him - Chosen in Him
