Just One Way

 

You may be a sleaze or you may be a saint

You may be where it is or where it ain't

You may be nobody or you may have great fame

It don't matter your name- to Him its all the same...

 

You may be a preacher or a liar

You may think you have all you require

You may know the rules to play the game

It's all in vain-God loves you the same

 

Well its true He loves everybody

He created us in His love

It's also true that God is light

He wants to gather us up above

But it's also true that God is Holy

And evil He cannot stand

so we must come to Him through Christ

He's the only way for man.

 

You may be  poor or you may be rich

You may not be able to tell which is which

You may  have your problems and you may be the blame

He loves us all the same-That's His final aim

 

You may be a good man here on Earth

You may do good deeds for all you're worth

You may be well liked, it's just a game

There's just one way That's the reason He came
