Our life is but a mist which is there and then is gone

How we choose to live shows to whom we belong

God says"What you sow you shall reap"

He is no fool to give up what he cannot keep

To gain that which he can never lose

What we trust in is for us to choose

Like the beggar Bartimaeus Even while he was still blind

When he ran to trust the master He left all he owned behind

What we think of as a blessing may keep us from his healing

we must learn to trust what the spirit is revealing!

The soul has eyes with which to see - the soul has ears with which to hear

Though frail and feeble they may be from lack of use throughout the years

But Christ can quicken every sense and make blind eyes to see

God give to me perception-make heaven real to me

Can't you see? Can't you see?- it can vanish instantly!

Can't you see? Can't you see?- it can vanish instantly!
