Engrave on the Palm of His hand

It's so easy to say I love you when you've given yourself to me

But what is required in our relationship? What can I give to Thee?

To say "I Love You" and to mean it- to the God who spoke the universe

Shall I disobey you if i love you Shall I prefer to labor under a curse?

When I can feel your arms around me, beginning to understand

What it is to feel secure Engraved on the palm of His hand

To dwell in you forever- in a place of quiet rest

Living in you suffiecincy and your trustworthiness...

It's so easy to love one so lovely, but do i also depend and trust?

The work of God is for us to fall on the one who declares us Just.

For God desires our reliance to trust Him will our all

In every situation to rest in our all in all.
