Treasure in Heaven

You were the branch of the vine- and I 'm part of the fruit that you bore

People are what on earth matters-For people are who Christ died for

I'm part of your treasure in heaven - for all you've invested in me

The Love, the time, the piece of your mind that I needed so desperately!

I want to store treasure in heaven by investing wisely on earth

By sharing the good news of Jesus , my time's given eternal worth!

So many invest in retirement and plan how the present should be

I want to store treasure in heaven for I'll live there for eternity

You're part of my treasure in heaven and I never thought I'd have so much

For Jesus's love and compassion can flow through me to whomever I touch
