Unwrap the Gifts

The gloom of this world is a shadow-

But behind it is Joy we can know

There is radiance and glory within reach of dark reality

And we only have to look to see it grow.

We fail to unwrap our gifts- we cast them all aside

and with out trials and wioth out joys we cast them all aside

Unwrap the gifts, remove the sheaths

To find the splendor underneath

By wisdom with power woven of love

A present a king's child is worthy of...

He has made us a light to the gentiles

With our words and our touch and our smiles

Unwrapping the gift of salvation

To a world in condemnation

Building treasure in heaven all the while
