My education is complete, filled up by this feeling I've found

Too puffed up by the knowledge of man to recognize manna on the ground

While we're wandering and wondering where God has gone

We rush in the direction that we chose

We're not following the pathway He's provided

Pursuing not the knowledge He bestows

We desire to live with barrenness and thorns-A mirage of well being that deceives

While we slowy succumb to the desert-Where nothing Holy grows and the Spirit grieves

Asking for a blessing from an idol we created in our image for our day

We're wise in the ways of the wilderness

And ignorant of God's Holy ways

There's a pillar of fire to follow by night

And a pillar of cloud there by day

If we look in our hearts where he dwells by His might

And look to the skies for His returning way

Claiming our Canaan as a place in our hearts

Knowing we're not alone though set apart

A time where God is our position and power

And manna, not mammon fulfills our desire!
