Eye To Eye (I'll Live For Him)

 

For years I ran with all my might

My Spirit bound in chains of sin

In fear- seeking to avoid the light

And a glimpse of what might have been

 

But restoration I have found

Since eye to eye I saw Christ's might

Loosed from the dungeon where I was bound

I arose and followed Him into the light.

 

For Jesus lives and so do I

My Hope and Trust shall never die

Jesus lives and by His grace

I'll live like one who's seen His face

I'll live for Him who died for me

I'll live a life of victory!

On my knees I shall fall

For He is criowned my Lord of All!

 

No more a pris'ner of sins' demands

i walk and live in Christ alone

I'll not submit to Satan's claim

I'll live before the Eternal throne

 

For Jesus lives and so do I
