The heart that learns to die shall see

With eyes accustomed to the light

Nothing in this world is what it seems to be

For shadows obscure the sinner's sight.

The will of God is not concealed

Men seek while the world's way serves to show

The urgent need to be healed

 

Where are you broken, where are you bound?

Let His completeness work in you in His way

Where he shows His grace new mercy is found

Soon knows the blessedness

Of rising with the living Sacrifice

To the place of glory and righteousness!
