In Spirit and In Truth

There is more to this life than we see

The Truth beyond Time and Eternity

That which is forever can dwell in your soul

In Spirit and Truth we can be made whole.

There is more though death will take you

But His Love will never forsake you!

Look beyond this mortal veil

His Spirit and Truth shall never Fail!

Does death remain- or does His life reign

And constrain my heart to praise?

I will worship him for all of my days!

Lord change my life by your Spirit and truth

So I can begin to let your life bear fruit

There is no other recourse- who else has the Words of Life?

There is no other resource-There is no other light

Now may I surrender unnatural ways

To live up to the privilege of power and praise

For with a new bith a new creation lives

One who lives the life that the vine of life gives.

By living that life may I learn to love

To wear Christ's spirit like a glorious glove

the cross has made us a perfect fit

So I will live in the light of It!
