Temptations may call you, foes may assail- meet them with boldness and you will not fail

 

 

All the world offers is peril and strife- meaning and purpose can be yours for life

 

 

 

when Christ is your present your future you find- never turn back  there is nothing behind

 

 

He will outlast the end at eternity's edge- and when life shall pass we shall still have his pledge.

 

 

So we will persevere- we live in a mercy so severe

 

 

that all else shall fail in its wake

 

 

For god never changes His will for our sake

 

 

So when you put your hand to the plow- never turn back for forever is now

 

 

He has set you upon his right track, now he is your future, there's no turning back
