Resurrection River

 

There is a living river flowing from God's Throne

A torrent of forgiveness a flood of mercy to atone

It flows for it is poured out in grace abundant and free

It lives for it is vital and lasts eternity!

 

Resurrection River, living now in me

Resurrection River, giving now to me

Power to navigate this earth,

Cleansing me to give new birth

Filling me with Life and worth

Now cut a path in me.

 

There is a living river whose waters cleanse the soul

A fresh and purifying  purging bath to make you whole

Like waters at Bethesda in healing depths you're drenched

For sin and pain it purges and the fires of hell are quenched

 

Resurrection River, living now in me
