Sinning in the Light

 

At the edge of darkness

There are no shades of grey

There is perfect definition

To help us choose the way

A crisis and a promise-

A place of responsibility

A place to exhibit obedience-

To the unseen truth that we see...

 

Now all who have beheld that light

Now see a different way

For it shines in all who own Him

He who brings eternal Day!

 

If one chooses to step over

he is sinning in the light

And a world of men are dwelling

Within that darkened night!

But a light that darkness cannot dim

And cannot comprehend

Shines forth now to illuminate

And the reign of darkness rescind¡

 

Now all who have beheld that light

Now see a different way

For it shines in all who own Him

He who brings eternal Day!
