The Seed of the Kingdom

 

 

We are sowing the seed of the Kingdom in our witness, our work and our deeds

 

For our very life itself is the soil, and our obedience the seeds.

 

We hope that we sow wisely, We determine where seeds are cast.

 

God tills the soil and we're prepared to produce good fruit at last.

 

 

The life of the vine of which we're a part is ready to do a good work in our heart

 

For we shall see gain and we shall grow according to how  well we sow.

 

 

The harvest we are blessed with, the abundace we enjoy

 

Is determined by our choice of seed andthe choice of soil we employ

 

If  we so freely we shall see a vast increase in our supply

 

If we hoard the grain of our good works we reap but little bye and bye.
