Hungry for More

Have you known a deep seated hunger- for the glory of the Lord do you long?

Do you sense a deepening presence- have you fed on his word to grow strong?

This is the para dox- He captures us as He breaks the locks-

For God satisfies us as He mystifies us- He fills us as He makes us hungry for more

When my outward circumstances weigh me down, then I begin

To drink from the wellspring of my Lord- the living God who lives within

I remind myself of Who He is and who I am in this light

I focus on the faithful fact that he dwells in me by the power of his might.
