Be reconciled

God is determined by the power of His might to make you pure and holy and right.

He will bring you out spotless and undefiled if you would in all things be reconciled.

If you’re disposed to have your own way, your rights to yourself will sweep you away.

If we obey then it must be from love- for will and intentions are never enough.

You might respect Jesus and even admire his life and his mission, but do you desire

To love Him with all your heart?- Then partake of the love that the spirit imparts.

Have you poured yourself into a creed?

Until to be broken is your deepest need?

Then come unto Jesus and plead

That you might become devoted and freed.
