I stand amazed at this thing you have done

It caught me by surprise- I didn't realize that it could be.

I wasn't raised to run the race I've run

I never could have known the love that has been shown to me

Everything I have is undeserved

So may nothing that I have be reserved

I could never seek- I was so blind I couldn't see

But you made a believer out of me

I was filled with dread and doubt

Doubleminded, tossed about

But your faithfulness is a fact I can't deny

So Lord by faith I will reply-

Light and life to me you bring

So faith will be my offering

All I am and ever Hope to be

Cause you made a believer out of me...
