Missing the Blessing

Where are the men who are poor in spirit?- the kingdom is waiting for you

Where are the men who mourn- your comforter is anticipating you

Where are the men who are meek? who stand to inherit the earth

Where are the hungry for righteousness- there’s but one who can quench your thirst.

But are you quenching Him instead?

Is He grieving in Love to see you fed?

Are you missing the blessing? Are you missing the blessing?

Where are the men who are merciful/ there is everlasting mercy for you.

Where are the men who are pure in heart, who seek holiness in all they do?

Where are the men who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness?

Who will not compromise integrity- who believe, repent and confess?

Those who are rejected and reviled

Because to God they are reconciled
