Redemption

A broken spirit can only become pure

when it seeks the cleansing power that prevails

A contrite heart can only endure

When we hear the heartbeat of the one whose heartbeat never fails

This is the test not that you’ve done your best

For on that you can’t rely- there’s no point to even try.

There is only one place where we are right and righteous and that is IN CHRIST

Redemption is complete there upon His mercy seat

Now your redemption draweth nigh...
