Christmas Wish

You may have heard the carols, you may even sing them too

You celebrate the season- the lights and festive things to do

You may admire the christ Child and are filled with a warm glow

When you hear the Christmas story- but do you really know

The way that joy comes into your heart?

It’s more than church and christmas bells

It’s a life given over completely-

A Christian is one in whom Christ dwells

So may this Christmas be the first time

That you meet him face to face

If he hasn’t changed you enough to speak of

That’s the sign you don’t really know His grace

Spend this Christmas as a Christian

Know the joy of singing to your King

The one who rules and reigns in you

That changes everything!
