In the Heavenlies

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul

A hope firm and secure

It enters the inner sanctuary of the temple

With a sacrifice that is pure.

All consuming fire- burn up the offering with my sin

Proceeding from the outer court

We shall enter in.

We shall enter in.

We shall enter in.

Proceeding from the outer court

We shall enter in.

In the heavenlies we are free

In the heavenlies- we can clearly see

In the heavenlies-where we were meant to be

To dwell before the throne.

In the heavenlies- there shall be no night

In the heavenlies-lit up with glory bright

In the heavenlies where faith is made sight

We shall know as we are known.

The earthly veil shall be tiorn asunder

Just as the temple veil was rent.

And we shall see him as he is

The way that it was always meant.

All consuming fire- burn up the offering with my sin

Proceeding from the outer court

We shall enter in.

We shall enter in.

We shall enter in.

Proceeding from the outer court

We shall enter in.

In the heavenlies we are free

In the heavenlies- we can clearly see

In the heavenlies-where we were meant to be

To dwell before the throne.

In the heavenlies- there shall be no night

In the heavenlies-lit up with glory bright

In the heavenlies where faith is made sight

We shall know as we are known.

We shall enter in.

We shall enter in.

Proceeding from the outer court

We shall enter in.
