Together

 

Together we laugh, together we ache

And give ourselves for the others’ sake

We hope in one hope, and share one delight

To love one another within the Lord’s sight.

 

The joys we sharew, the burdens we bear

Are not meant to be borne alone

A man cannot touch another’s heart

With anything less than his own

 

Thoughts that are too deep for tears

Are cast on the Lord along with our fears

In him we’re united in weal or in woe

For in one another true joy we’ll know.
