Follow the Lamb

I want to learn that unknowable song

That song made for singing before the white throne

Pure and undefiled and strong

Offered as firstfruits to God alone

Keep me strong unto the end- blameless until that day I’d remain

Washed with water through the Word- without blemish or wrinkle or stain.

I would follow the lamb wherever he goes

Follow with a purified passion that knows

The way of God is a Holy Peace

Blameless in holiness we find release.

In a crooked and depraved generation

I would be blameless and pure

Strengthen my heart oh Lamb of God

So in righteousness I may endure.

Sanctify us through and through- Spirit and Body and Soul.

Spotless and blameless and at rest with the God of all Peace in control.

I would follow the Lamb wherever He goes

For In Christ I am undefiled

Follow the Lamb wherever He goes -

A truly obedient child.

Keep back your servant from presumptuous sin

Let it not have dominion over me

Then shall I be upright and innocent

Of great temptation I will be free

Let the words of my mouth

And the meditations of my heart

Be acceptable in your sight

My strength , Redeemer and Lord!
