Baby Jesus in the manger- maker of the stars and sun

You are made under its rays and so God’s will is done

Baby Jesus in the manger creator of heaven and earth

On this world and under heaven now we see your birth

Baby Jesus in the manger, unspeakably wise

In your wisdom you’re as silent as stars in the skies.

Baby Jesus in the manger you have come to rule

So a servant you are made- to become God’s fool.
