Like the sap of the vine bearing fruit in its time

The blood of bulls and goats or skins made into coats

Cannot cover naked sin or atone for all men

Pleading for me- leading me home!

Coursing through God's veins is the blood that remains

Love's blood covers me and from sin sets me free.

The life is in the blood- so blood of Love- cover me

That I may see the day when an overcomer I will be!
