I am the cheater and cause of God's grief

Except for the grace by which I stand!

I am the whoremonger I am the gay

The white washed sepulchre full of decay

I am the sheep that is fully astray

Except for the grace by which I stand

I am the idolator my own God I am

I am the covetous, possessed and damned

I'd be hopeless because I am what I am

Except for the grace-the free flowing grace

The merciful grace of His plan

Except for the grace by which I stand!
