Twice Blessed

To Him who gives and to the one who takes Grace and mercy a double blessing makes

When mercy's given tenderly Grace becomes love that we can see...

When patience and forgiveness strain We are given mercy's test

When we're treated like a servant we see if as a servant we've progressed!

To strain against convention, to explode our comfort zone

A meekness that God's strengthsupplies shows off the grace we've known.

To him who dies and to him who lives grace and mercy a double blessing gives

For to Him who died , grace raised Him up again- and now grace flows from His pierced hand

And to live 's to have your name written on the palm of his hand.
