Open Vision

Where could I hide from your spirit?

Where could I flee from your gaze?

If I go to the ends of the earth you are there

You see my heart and you know my ways

See through me- eyes of eternity

All seeing and all knowing Lord- give me eyes to see!

The beginning and the end are all within your view

The eyes ablaze with Holy light

You see the why’s and wherefores of everything I do

Nothing escapes from your sovereign sight!

Search me and try me, do not deny me

A place at your table- though I am not able

In your presence to stand you make me understand

To enter in must be through the Way

And you are the only reason I can stay…

The eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth

that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His.(2 Chron 16:9)

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous,

and his ears are open unto their prayers 1 peter 3:12
