Show-Me State

For the grace of God that brings salvation

Has appeared to all men

It teaches us to say no to ungodliness

Worldly passions and sin.

To live self controlled and godly lives

In this present age to live upright.

While we await the blessed hope-the glorious appearing

Of our great God and savior Jesus Christ

Who gave Himself to redeem us

Frm all wickedness for himself to purify

A people that are His very own

Eager to do what is good and right.

To walk worthy in this show me state

Reflecting the glory of God

We’re living in a show me state

Showing the greatness of God.

Tear open the doors- throw open the gates

In this stillness I will live my days

Open the eyes of my heart so I’ll see

The inside of secret mystery

He has come He is coming He will come so see

That where ever He is the Kingdom will be

In the peaceable kingdom where we shall be free

Who have the eyes of eternity…

Hallelujah is my middle name.
