Free Indeed

The chains of sin are forged in fire

Kindled by depraved desire

But Christ has come and we are freed

He gives us all our hearts can need

So many chains can bind a soul

So many prisons take their toll

So many promises bring captivity

So many ways we long to be free.

But we shall be set free indeed

If the Son shall set us free

No longer bound to lies and hate

We're free indeed so celebrate!

So many souls are still enslaved

So many still need to be saved

From the wrath that is to come

And judgment when all is done.
