Blazing center of Godís Glory
You donít have to know a lot of things to make a difference
Just few great things is all you have to know.
And knowing them is bigger than your mind canÝ afford
To be willing to live and die for them is the way itís got to go.
Great majestic and marvelous and glorious things
Set on fire by the obvious and simple truth brings
The life that will change the world around you
That life willÝ change the world within you too
Your name and renown are the desire of our hearts
The nameÝ above all names setsÝ afire our inward parts
And that inferno will free us from small desires
Unleash us and send us outÝ as holy living fires
If we grasp the glory of the cross
And cherish it as treasure
Cleave to it count all else loss

The deepest comfort in deepest pain
Though foolish once to us

When I gaze upon the wondrous cross
I gaze on gloryís splendor
