Firefall

Firefall

In these days may we begin to call on the nameÖ of the Lord

In these days put aside our sin and call upon the name

We dare to declare your fame!

As on the name of the Lord we call

Fire from heaven will surely fall

To burn up all of our selfish pride

Come to dwell and to abide!

When God is exalted

When we lift up his name

True worship will change us

We'll never be the same

Transformed and renewed

The bread of life will be our food

And our hungering will never cease

Our deepest desires will increase

As we exalt you we will exult

Taste and see that the Lord is good.

All in all, be my

All in all, we cry

All in all,

All the depth and heights

All the sounds and sights

Are found in you alone

Let your fire fall!

All in all- our joy

All in all destroy

Every good thing that

Would distract

If we have unclean desire

Consume it in your holy fire

Every blessing that would hold us back

From abandoning our very souls

Until our one desire

Is that you are exalted as all in all.
