In His Hands

Save us from the terrors of this place.

Hold us firm and fast in your hands of grace

Deliver us from evil and its power

Guard and guide our hearts in this very hour.

For in your hands of mercy is forgiveness, there is peace.

Held fast there as captives who will never seek release

Hold on to our hearts, Lord.

Hold on to our minds

Hold on to our spirits

Keep us within the boundary you've designed.

Snatch us from the comfort of our ways

Cradle our lives in your hands we pray

And we will be held fast forevermore

Secure and safe in the hands of our blessed Lord.
