"Best Practices " site filled with workarounds, strategies, examples for those wishing to enhance the traditional classroom experience with online resources using the online course management tool, Blackboard.		  
For an example of a typical course redesign document and associated files, check out the course I redesigned and later taught based on ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) standards. This particular course was for students seeking teacher certification in Missouri and served as the basis for curricular departmental certification.
